Composer Note:
Seven Testimonies for male voice, rock band and interactive electronics is a musical rendering of the eponymous poem by Nick Flynn. The poem, according to him, is composed of redacted versions of the testimonies of seven Abu Ghraib detainees as transcribed by the artist Daniel Heyman, in Amman and in Istanbul, from 2006 to 2008.
